Judging Rules

The ColorOS design team will review all eligible works in accordance with the principles of fairness and justice. The results will be announced on the OPPO community page, the monster illustration collection activity page and other channels on June 1, 2022.

Award Announcement

1. I、The award announcement will be sent from KidSpace@oppo.com to the email address sent in by the winner during registration within 7 working days after the announcement of winners;
2. II、If you have been chosen as a winner, please pay attention to your email after the activity has ended and assist us in completing the collection/verification of the submitted work, the signing of the corresponding copyright agreement and the distribution of prizes according to the email reminder;
3. III、If the winner does not respond to the award announcement within the time limit, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited the award and will be replaced by another winner;
4. IV、The organizer will award winners the prizes after the competition and each participant would be awarded up to one prize.

Exhibition of Award-wining Works

1. I、Online Exhibition Process：Award-wining works will be announced on June 1 and displayed simultaneously on the online webpage.
2. II、 Applied in Kid Space - Display illustrations in different usage scenarios Form：The illustrations that won the Monster Friend Winners Award will be re-created and updated in the subsequent versions of the Kid Space, and displayed in different usage scenarios.

About the Copyright

1. I、The submission must be an original unpublished work. Do not plagiarize or steal other people's works, if found out, all qualifications such as participation and award will be cancelled, and the participant will be responsible for any related legal responsibilities;
2. II、Do not transfer or authorize the submitted works to any third party and do not use other submissions to provide to third parties;
3. III、The participant authorizes the organizer to use the entries in the product, product promotion and operation activities;
4. IV、 The winners authorize the organizer to extend the creation of award-winning works, and use them for image promotion, product promotion, etc，Including but not limited to commercial use of works created on the basis of the award-winning works in any way globally or authorizing other partners to use the above-mentioned ways without notice or the consent of the corresponding award-winning contestants.

Matters Needing Attention

1. I、Please read the creative requirements and copyright issues carefully before submitting. Once the work is submitted, it will be deemed that the participant agrees and abides by the relevant regulations of the competition. If there is a dispute over the copyright of the work during commercial use, the organizer will not bear the legal responsibility for the infringement of others‘ (or units’) rights, and the participant who provides the work shall bear all legal responsibility;
2. II、We treat anyone less than 18 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age for full legal capacity in the relevant jurisdiction) as a child. if you are a child, please get your parent or other guardian's approval before you participate our activity and contact us;
3. III、The personal information you provided will be kept confidential by OPPO. Your information will only be used for the exhibition of winning works and the awarding of prizes, and will not be used for other purposes. See the privacy policy at: https://www.oppo.com/en/privacy/
4. IV、The campaign of 'Making New Friends with ColorOS' is hosted by OPPO, and OPPO reserves the right of final interpretation for this campaign.
